An EXCELLENT Experience at Bergan!

On January 3 my son came into Pediatric Express next to ER at Bergan Mercy in horrible pain.  Upon arrival, we were very unsure what was wrong with him. After only a 5 minute wait, we were seen and taken into a room. Bergan Mercy’s Outstanding Customer Service

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we have been with the services provided to our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson during their recent stay at Bergan Mercy Medical Center. The customer service offered within the Labor/Delivery and the NICU was beyond description.  I must specifically thank Traci (Delivery/Labor) and Rose, Deanna and Erin in the NICU.  They were all fabulous in their attentive care to Brayden and Erin (our daughter-in-law).  I even need to mention Kallie and Robin for their incredibly friendly and helpful food service.  Even beyond … Continue reading →

Christmas Blessings

On December 23rd, my father-in-law Roger Gorham, was admitted to Bergan Mercy for heart surgery the next day.  We want to take a minute to compliment your awesome staff. Kudos to the Bergan Mercy Chest Pain Center

My brother went to a non-Alegent emergency room on Monday with chest pain and was coughing up blood. He was evaluated with a chest X-ray and EKG and was sent home with a diagnosis of pleurisy and bronchitis and was given treatment for these conditions. Caring for Patients with “The Father’s Touch”
